In issue thirteen, we have asked our subscribers to send us their view point of the future duties and responsibilities of an Energy Manager under the provisions of the Energy Conservation Act. All feedback is highly relevant because regulations for certified energy managers and energy auditors as well as designated consumers are presently drafted addressing the business relations between all three.
