Invitation to submit technical papers on energy saving in Indian Automobile industry continues till 30th July 2007 for six more prizes.

Automobile industry
is booming in India, demand for vehicle is expected to more in future also and customer has now lot of choices for selection of vehicle. Manufacturers are trying their level best to cut down the manufacturing cost of vehicle coming out from the plant. Vehicle manufacturers are facing the challenge of cutting down the energy cost per vehicle manufactured, which is a major component.

Technical experts/ specialist are already doing research work in bringing more efficient technology and components at lower cost with better features. However, efforts are required to cut down the energy consumption per vehicle manufactured. We like to know what efforts automobile manufacturers are doing in this direction, send details about your efforts, success stories, failure, barriers, your suggestion, your area of concern, support required for reduction in energy consumption in plants. These are some of the issues we wish to discuss with automobile industry members. We are organising two workshops for Automobile Sector in July 2007 and August 2007 under Life Long Learning (3L) Programme to discuss and share the knowledge.

Please submit paper on the above topic to us by 25th of July 2007. We will award best 6 papers Rs. 10,000/- each and further out of 6 selected papers, 4 best technical paper writer will be invited to present their paper in the workshop. The travel expanses and honorarium will be paid to the presentators.

1. All the Indian registered users of website www.energymanagertraining.com are eligible to submit the technical paper.

2. While Submitting the technical paper please furnish the following details:

Technical papers without above information will be rejected.

3. The technical paper should be sent by email as an attachment in MS Word only. Technical papers, sent by post will not be accepted.

4. The technical paper submitted will be reviewed by a technical committee. The decision of the committee is final and cannot be challenged under any circumstances.

5. The selected papers will be distributed in the two workshops for the automobile sector.

6. The last date of receipt of the technical paper is 25th July 2007

7. The result will be announced by 30th July 2007
