KARNATAKA RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED has launched the energy conservation programme to observe Energy
Conservation
Day.
As part
of the awareness
campaign on Energy Conservation, KREDL organised Energy Conservation
Award programme on 14th December 2006. Application were invited
from various industries through advertisement in leading news papers,
website and also through letter communication to various industries
in Karnataka. Award committee formed with members from NPC, CPRI,
FKCCI (Energy Cell) etc., has scrutinized and evaluated the applications
received.
Following are the award given to individual in different Sector.
1. First Prize:

In this regard it organised seminar on energy conservation. Three
major firms dealing with several aspects of energy conservation
have presented papers and explained their achievements and implementation
of Energy Conservation measures.
