Group relamping- Group relamping
entails replacing all of the lamps in a system together after a fixed interval,
called the economic group relamping interval. Group relamping can reduce the
cost of operating a lighting system while keeping illuminance levels close to
the design value.
Periodic planned cleaning -Cleaning the lighting system usually entails washing
or otherwise removing dirt from the luminaries, occasionally cleaning and repainting
room surfaces, and occasionally cleaning air supply vents to prevent unnecessary
dirt distribution.
