Announcement
for successful candidates of 2nd National Certification Examination
for
Energy Managers & Energy Auditors held on 28-29 May 2005
All the
Energy Manager Candidates will receive the mark sheets and provisional
certificates by the first week of October 2005 by registered /
speed post.
All
the Energy Auditor Candidates who have passed all the four papers
and who meet the eligibility criteria will receive the intimation
of viva dates and venue for viva-voce examination by the second
week of September 2005 by registered /
speed post.
Also the same will be uploaded in the websites www.em-ea.org
All
the Energy Auditor Candidates who have not passed all the four
papers will receive the mark sheets only by the second
week of September 2005 by registered / speed post.

A draw was held on
14th June 2005 under the overall supervision of Director General
(BEE), the 3 lucky winners with a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 each

Feedback Form
The
candidates who appeared in the above “National
Certification Examination” conducted by BEE and administratively
managed by NPC, are requested to submit the feedback form. The
feedback will assist BEE in improving the certification process
in future.
Three lucky winners will be selected among the candidates who have
submitted the feed back format by 2nd June, 2005 by the computer
at random basis. Each lucky winner will be rewarded with a prize
money of Rs. 5,000. The results of the lucky winner will be announced
on 14th June 2005. Please e-mail the feed back form latest by 2nd
June 2005 to exam@energymanagertraining.com
Important announcement: First 200 entries will also qualify for
additional lucky draw of 5 prizes of Rs. 2000 each based on random
selection

Instruction
to Candidates
01. |
Candidate
should bring the Hall
Ticket. |
02. |
Candidate
is allowed to use pen, pencil and a scientific calculator.
Digital organiser or any other books are not allowed. |
03. |
Candidates
should switch off the mobile phones inside the examination
hall and is not allowed to use the same till the completion
of the exam. |
04. |
Candidate
is permitted to enter the examination hall 15 minutes before
the examination is due to commence. No candidate will be
admitted after 30 minutes of commencement of the examination
and no candidate will be permitted to leave the examination
hall before 30 minutes after the commencement of the examination. |
05. |
Candidate
is required to write Name, Regn. No., Paper No. & Subject
and Date of Examination in the space provided on
the cover page of the answer book. If these details are not
correctly filled-in, the answer book is liable to be rejected. |
06. |
Name
and Regn. No. of the candidate must not appear anywhere,
excepting in space provided on the front page of Answer
Book and Additional Book. |
07. |
Candidate
is required to write Name & Regn.No. on
the Question Papers and should not write anything else on
the question paper. Also should not exchange with others. |
08. |
All rough
work should be done in the answer book only. |
09. |
The handwriting
should be distinct and legible. |
10. |
Pages
should not be removed from the answer book. |
11. |
Candidate
should refrain from talking to each other during the examination.
Any candidate attempting or helping to obtain unfair assistance
or using unfair means is liable to be expelled from the examination
hall. The Superintendent of the examination reserves the
right to take action in such cases as it may deem fit. |
12. |
Candidate
could be permitted by the Invigilator to leave the examination
hall if required, and during such time the candidate will
be under the surveillance of a person authorized by the Invigilator. |
13. |
Paper-IV
is only for Energy Auditors which is an open book examination.
Candidate shall be allowed to refer to four guide books
supplied. No other text book(s) would be permitted. In
case of supplementary
candidates who are not supplied with guide books 1, 2 & 3
they shall be allowed to bring and refer to photocopy of
the revised editions or downloaded copy from website. Supplementary
candidates are also allowed to bring the Guide Books of
First Edition. |
14. |
Candidates
must ensure that the main and additional answer books are
duly affixed with the signatures of Superintendents and Invigilators
in the space provided for. |

Extension of last date for receipt of filled-in
Application for registration for Second National Certification
Examination for Energy Managers and Energy Auditors
Bureau
of Energy Efficiency (BEE) has extended the last date for receipt
of filled-in Applications from 31st
March 2005 to 10th April 2005 for the
Second National Certification Examination for Energy Managers
and Energy Auditors - 2005. However, the Examination dates for
holding
the Second National Certification Examination shall remain the
same i.e. 28th – 29th May 2005. |
