1. BEE Certified Energy Auditor
2. Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineer
3. Maximum 4 to 5 years total work experience with minimum 2 years of energy auditing experience
4. Should be able to lead a team of 4 to 5 junior engineers for industrial and/or building audits
5. Should be able to take care of projects from order finalization to
delivery
6.Presentable with good communication and written English skills
7.Should have good analytical and reporting skills to take care of energy audit reports.

Energy Management Stream of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) is going to recruit one personnel for the post of Research Associate:
Post : Research Associate
Eligibility Criteria: Interested Candidate should be eligible for Ph D programme in the Field of Energy Management.
Preference will be given to them who has experience in the energy field / have passed CEM or CEA conducted by BEE.
Responsibilities:
(a) Act as Institute’s Representative at Field (Howrah) in a coveted BEE Project to IISWBM
(b) Engage in Ph. D level of research work
(c) Take class for the MPSM (Energy) students in the areas of his/her research
(d) Engage in research oriented projects conducted by the Institute
(e) Day to day affairs of the energy management department, relevant to the BEE Projects.
Remuneration: For the first two years : Rs 12,000/- per month plus allowances, depending on performance, experience and expertise. (To be renewed for third year based on progress of research work)
