I think Energy Conversion will sure not reduce energy consumption. REASON: Energy Conversion will Increase energy security by swiching from costlier to or (cheaper easily available )fuel. but final energy consumption will remain same unless and untill energy efficiency or energy conservation methods are applied. In my opinion energy security will not reduce energy consumption. becuse by energy security i mean securing energy by various ways.it may include developing new suppliers or other , but since it is very a very broad concept , I THINK ALL THRUST AREAS WILL REDICE ENERGY CONSUMPTION. REGARDS SATISH
