There is lot of potential to save energy upto 10-15% in big Buildings/ Hospitals/ Hotel/ Malls/ Office Buildings/ Residential complexes etc. The Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) is also announced by BEE providing guidelines on energy savings in Buildings.

Energy Conservation Building Codes (ECBC) is enacted and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, Government of India is helping industries to use energy efficient technologies and conserve energy. To help industry members, BEE is conducting specialised workshops under Life Long Learning (3L) Programme, supporting all the stake holders, industry member and update about the latest trends, technology for implementation of Energy Conservation Act, 2001. BEE is organising a workshops on: “Adoption of energy efficient process technologies & practices and implementation of Energy Conservation Building Codes (ECBC) in Buildings/ Hotels/ Hospitals”
